NVQ Level 5 Management (no reg after 31.7.2010)
Suitable for
The ILM Level 5 S/NVQ in Management has been specially designed for senior managers with a high degree of autonomy for deploying resources and achieving strategic goals. The qualification aims to give participants an opportunity to develop their professional management skills, knowledge and understanding. Participants take four mandatory units (which look at organisational leadership, health and safety, innovation and performance) plus three optional units. The wide choice of optional units gives a high level of flexibility, allowing the qualification to be tailored to meet the varying needs of participants and employers across all employment sectors.
