Learning and Development NVQ Level 3 (no reg after 31.12.2010)
Suitable for
This award is designed for individuals with a responsibility for the training and learning within an organisation which provides and may also deliver training.
Candidates are required to demonstrate competence in the following 7 units
- Evaluate and develop own practice
- Identify individual learning aims and programmes
- Agree learning programmes with learners
- Develop training sessions
- Create a climate that promotes learning
- Monitor and review progress with learners
- Respond to changes in learning and development
Plus 2 optional units from
- Enable learning through presentations
- Enable learning through demonstrations and instruction
- Enable learning through coaching
- Enable group learning
An additional 2 optional units are required from a choice of 9 units
