Learning and Development NVQ Level 4 (no reg after 31.12.2010)

Suitable for
The award is suitable for individuals who have a major responsibility for training within an organisation which organises and delivers training programmes
Candidates are required to demonstrate competence in the following 8 units
- Contribute to learning within the organisation
- Evaluate and develop own practice
- Design learning programmes
- Agree learning programmes with learners
- Manage the contribution of other people to the learning process
- Create a climate that promotes learning
- Evaluate and improve learning and development programmes
Including 1 unit from either
- Identify individual learning aims and programmes
- Identify the learning and development needs of the organisation
An additional 4 optional units are required from a choice of 12 units
