The award is suitable for individuals who have a major responsibility for coordinating and managing the training within an organisation which organises and delivers training programmes.
Candidates are required to demonstrate competence in the following 6 units- Identify the learning and development needs of the organisation
- Design learning programmes
- Agree learning programmes with learners
- Manage the contribution of other people to the learning process
- Evaluate and improve learning and development programmes
- Evaluate and develop own practice
