Learning and Development mini awards NVQ Level 3 (no reg after 31.12.2010)
Suitable for
These qualifications are designed for those who identify and agree learning aims and programmes for individuals and who are developing training sessions for learners. They may be involved with delivering training and development in the workplace or in training establishments. Learners will cover: developing a strategy and plan for learning and development, identifying the learning and development needs of the organisation, and to creating a climate that promotes learning.
These mini awards are designed for learners who aim to achieve any of the specific awards, not the full NVQ.
