




Introduction
CTS offer a comprehensive programme of development suitable for staff at all levels. For over 10 years we have built a reputation for providing effective tailored training. To date we have completed over 150 successful programmes.
In house training
We specialise in providing tailored programmes for groups of staff, which will include one to one assistance and group workshops covering relevant topics. Many of our programmes include ‘training needs analysis’ for all those enrolled. Our training portfolio is not only limited to the programmes offered. Should you have a specialist need we have access to trainers with proven track records of quality, working with our company.
NVQ portfolio development
To achieve these awards, candidates are supported in the assembly of a portfolio giving evidence of their competence and demonstrating their understanding of the subject. Workshops include detailed discussions of the NVQ system as it works in practice. Candidates are allocated a CTS Tutor/Assessor who will give individual support and guidance until they complete the qualification.
Programme length and number of training days
With our experience of running each programme we are able to indicate how long we expect each programme to last and how many days of training are recommended. These are estimates and can be adjusted to suit.
