Suitable for

This award is designed for individuals with a responsibility for the training and learning within an organisation which provides and may also deliver training.

Candidates are required to demonstrate competence in the following 7 units

• Evaluate and develop own practice
• Identify individual learning aims and programmes
• Agree learning programmes with learners
• Develop training sessions
• Create a climate that promotes learning
• Monitor and review progress with learners
• Respond to changes in learning and development

Plus 2 optional units from

• Enable learning through presentations
• Enable learning through demonstrations and instruction
• Enable learning through coaching
• Enable group learning

An additional 2 optional units are required from a choice of 9 units
