This course is intended for anyone, particularly junior to mid-range professionals, involved in construction projects to gain an understanding of the legal framework within which they work.
This is a fast track intensive introduction to construction law for those who are new or fairly new to this area of law. It will make reference to the current law as it affects the construction industry taking due account of statutory developments and decisions in the courts. Upon completion of the two days, delegates should be able to identify the important areas of law and practice at each step of a construction project from inception through to dispute resolution.
